Quick License overview

Personal License Use:

• Suitable for personal, non-commercial projects.
• The creation of an End Product for Sale is prohibited.

Limited Commercial License:

• Applicable for personal and commercial projects.
• Allows for the creation of an End Product for Sale, limited to 1,000 units.
• The original resource cannot be resold or sublicensed in its original form or in any way that competes with the original resource.
• The End Product should be an original design, significantly different from the original resource.

Unlimited Commercial License:

• Covers personal and commercial projects.
• There is no limit on the number of physical End Products for Sale that can be created.
• The original resource can be used on its own to create physical End Products for Sale.
• The resale or sublicensing of the original resource in its original form or in competition with it is prohibited.
• Digital End Products for Sale are not allowed under this license.

Common Restrictions for All Licenses:

• Resources cannot be sublicensed, resold, redistributed, shared, or transferred.
• Only the licensee can access and use the resources to create an end product; third-party access or use is prohibited.
• The licensee must credit NekoTangerine Store as the author of the artwork; implying or claiming personal authorship is not allowed.
• The resources cannot be shared with a third party via a digital asset management system, shared drive, or similar platform.
• End Products must not allow the extraction of the original resource.
• Registering a trademark of the Resource or any end product that incorporates the Resource is prohibited.
• The resources must not be used in an offensive, defamatory, or harmful manner.

Failure to adhere to these terms can result in the termination of the license, and all rights granted to the licensee under this License will be withdrawn.
